What Happened?
The Week 6 captaincy contender battle continues with the housemates divided into different teams. After two teams reportedly finish with four points each, Bigg Boss announces a bonus round to decide the winner.

The contestants have to find a hidden plate and bowl and place them correctly on a pedestal before completing the task.

Vamshi Finds the Items First
Vamshi manages to find the required items first.
However, he makes a crucial mistake by ringing the bell before properly completing the placement as instructed.
Trigun reminds him that the task is not over yet.
Shiv then manages to place the items correctly, leading to Trigun declaring Shiv the winner of the round.
Vamshi Breaks Down
The result appears to hit Vamshi hard.
Realising that his own mistake cost him the round, Vamshi becomes extremely emotional and starts blaming himself. The promo shows him hitting his own cheeks in frustration before moving away from the others.
Other housemates try to stop him, but Vamshi remains overwhelmed by the disappointment.
Important: The self-directed hitting shown in the promo is presented as an emotional reaction to losing the task and should not be treated as acceptable behaviour.
Trigun Also Gets Emotional
The most emotional part of the promo comes when Trigun breaks down after seeing Vamshi’s condition.
Trigun and Vamshi share an emotional moment, with both appearing to cry over what happened during the task.
Their friendship becomes one of the major talking points from the Day 39 promo.
Captaincy Race Gets Tougher
The incident also shows how important the captaincy contender task has become.
The wild-card contestants have already received advantages in the captaincy race, while the other housemates are fighting to protect their positions and earn points.
With the competition getting tighter, even a small mistake can completely change the result.
