Dorothy Telugu Trailer Is Out

The film carries Karthik Subbaraj’s characteristic dramatic style, with the trailer showing a combination of intense character moments and violent situations.
Keerthy Suresh in a Different Role
Keerthy Suresh plays the central character Dorothy, with Sananth and Rishikanth in key roles.

What Is Dorothy About?
The film follows two childhood friends who grow up together in a rural Tamil Nadu setting during the early 1990s.
