King100 Casting Update: Ashok Selvan to Play Nagarjuna’s Villain

King100 Casting Update

Nagarjuna’s upcoming milestone film King100 has received an interesting casting update. Tamil actor Ashok Selvan has been confirmed as the main antagonist in the film, according to recent reports.

The movie marks Nagarjuna’s 100th film and is directed by Tamil filmmaker R.A. Karthik. The latest update has added another important name to the cast as the film moves ahead with its production.

Ashok Selvan Confirmed as King100 Villain

Ashok Selvan will reportedly play the main antagonist opposite Nagarjuna in King100. A source from Nagarjuna’s team confirmed the casting to Cinema Express and said that Ashok Selvan has already started shooting for the film.

Ashok Selvan is known for movies including Thegidi, Oh My Kadavule, Por Thozhil, Blue Star and Pizza II: Villa. King100 will see him take on a negative role opposite Nagarjuna.

The casting is also notable because Ashok Selvan has previously worked with director R.A. Karthik. The actor’s addition gives the film a Telugu-Tamil combination in its principal cast.

Nagarjuna vs Ashok Selvan

The biggest curiosity surrounding the update is the expected face-off between Nagarjuna and Ashok Selvan.

The makers have not yet revealed detailed information about Ashok Selvan’s character or the exact nature of his conflict with Nagarjuna. Therefore, details about the villain’s backstory and role should be treated as unconfirmed until the team officially reveals them.

Tabu Also Part of King100

The film also features Tabu in an important role. She reunites with Nagarjuna after their previous collaborations, including Ninne Pelladata and Aavida Maa Avide.

Other names associated with the project include Aishwarya Rajesh, Sushmitha Bhatt and Vijayendra Prasad in significant roles.
