The much-awaited Aadarsha Kutumbam, starring Venkatesh and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, has been postponed indefinitely. The film was earlier scheduled to arrive in theatres on October 9, but the makers have now decided to delay the release once again.
Producer S. Naga Vamsi confirmed the postponement while speaking to the media on October 5. He explained that the team did not want to rush the final work and release the film without being completely satisfied with the output.
Aadarsha Kutumbam Postponed Again
Aadarsha Kutumbam has gone through several release-date changes.
The film was initially planned for an August release. The makers later announced October 2 as the theatrical release date. That date was subsequently pushed to October 9.
Interestingly, just a few days before the latest development, producer Naga Vamsi had publicly assured audiences that the film would release on October 9 without any further delay. A trailer launch was also planned for October 6, followed by advance bookings from October 7.
However, the production team has now taken a different decision.
Why Was Aadarsha Kutumbam Postponed?
According to Naga Vamsi, the team was working against time to complete the final version of the movie. Rather than rushing through the remaining work, the makers decided to take additional time.
The producer indicated that the film’s post-production and final technical work still needed attention. The team also wanted to properly watch and evaluate the completed copy before locking a new theatrical release date.
Naga Vamsi also acknowledged the criticism and discussions surrounding the film on social media. The makers reportedly do not want to compromise on the quality of a project that brings together Venkatesh and Trivikram for the first time.
Is October 30 the New Release Date?
No. October 30 is not officially confirmed.
Before the official postponement, several reports suggested that October 30 could become the new release date. Some industry reports even indicated that the date was being considered because it would give the team more time for post-production and promotions.
However, Naga Vamsi has now clarified that no new release date has been finalized.
The producer said the team will discuss the next release date after Venkatesh returns to India and after discussions with the concerned stakeholders.
So, for now, fans should treat October 30 only as speculation and not as the confirmed release date.
Venkatesh and Trivikram Combination Creates Huge Expectations
Aadarsha Kutumbam has generated considerable interest because of the combination of Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas.
The film marks their first full-fledged collaboration, making it one of the more anticipated Telugu films among family-entertainer audiences.
Venkatesh is playing the lead role, while Srinidhi Shetty is the female lead. The cast also includes actors such as Nara Rohith, Nivetha Pethuraj, Rao Ramesh, Satya, Brahmaji and Vennela Kishore.
Trivikram is writing and directing the film, while S. Radha Krishna is producing it under Haarika & Hassine Creations. Thaman S is composing the music.
What Happens Next?
The immediate priority for the team appears to be completing the remaining work and preparing a final version that meets their expectations.
The earlier plan for an October 6 trailer launch will no longer serve as the previously announced October 9 release campaign. The team is expected to reveal a fresh promotional and release plan once the new date is finalized.
For audiences, the biggest question now is when Aadarsha Kutumbam will actually reach theatres.
With October 9 officially off the table and October 30 also not confirmed, the movie currently has no announced theatrical release date.
Aadarsha Kutumbam OTT Release
The OTT platform and streaming date will become clearer after the theatrical release plans are finalized.
At present, the makers have not announced a confirmed OTT streaming date. Therefore, reports about a specific OTT premiere date should be treated cautiously until there is an official announcement.
For now, the major update is simple: Aadarsha Kutumbam will not release on October 9, and the new theatrical date is yet to be decided.
Final Update
The repeated postponements have created uncertainty among Venkatesh and Trivikram fans, especially after the team had recently assured audiences that October 9 was locked.
However, the makers appear to have chosen additional time rather than rushing the final product.
Aadarsha Kutumbam has officially been postponed indefinitely. October 30 is being discussed in industry circles, but it is NOT confirmed. Fans will have to wait for the makers to announce the next release date.
